If you were to be RADICALLY honest, how would you introduce yourself? Who are you?

I know this is a big question. Just write what comes naturally. How would a friend describe you? How do you see yourself?

What are you (the version of you that exists in this moment) craving more or less of?

What are you moving toward or moving away from? How do you know?

If you could move toward that experience, what impact do you imagine it having on your life?

Imagine waving a magic wand and being transported to a reality where this need or desire of yours is met instantly without resistance.

Do you have an inkling of anything IN the blue that is ready or waiting to emerge into your awareness?

Tell me about how you currently show up to tend to what emerges from out of the blue.

Which practices, ways of being, or experiences do you imagine bridging the gap between where you are and where you're heading OR who you are and who you're becoming?

Is there anything you have tried that absolutely don't resonate or work for you? What are you curious to embrace or try on in the future?

Non-binary: meaning we will explore the in-betweens rather than label what is right or wrong, good or bad, light or dark, etc.

Neurodiverse: meaning all brains are capable brains with adequate accommodation. Variation is welcome here.

Nuanced: meaning we exist is a multitude of parts, which may not always agree with one another. They are all welcome here.

Liminal: meaning we are always in transition and change is to be expected. Messiness is welcome here.
